Drool at this! Coconut Tapioca Pudding, Hakkasan

If I were to make a list of things to eat in San Francisco, Hakkasan's coconut pudding would probably be at the top. After frequenting the less than a year old Hakkasan for their cocktails, I finally found a dessert that is actually worth dining for.

The coconut tapioca pudding is not your typical Asian pudding. With a surprising tangy taste of bruleed pineapples and (lavender?) edible flowers, this dessert hits the homerun. It also gets an A+ for a highly creative presentation.
