On the Move @ Dandelion Chocolate, San Francisco

As part of my blog on Food Tour on Valencia Street (yes, you don't have to leave this street to get your fill of savory and sweets in one day), Dandelion Chocolate has been creating waves with its no soy lecithin chocolates. Lecithin is an emulsifier that makes chocolate melt in your mouth. A quick research suggests that there have been some problems associated with lecithin, just like all other ingredients in our modern, processed foods.

They feature pop-ups on a regular basis so you are assured that there's always something new at the very kid-friendly Dandelion.
