I made a blunder while trying to squeeze to a table in the crowded French pastry shop, La Panier, at Pike's Place Market in Seattle. One of the little tartlets, the boysenberry, (background on photo) fortunately gracefully fell off the plate and landed on its butt- the pie crust, thank goodness.
