Where to dine in Cebu? Part 2
These are the top 6 spots I bring guests, particularly those coming from Manila, when you need to prove that Cebu City is not a province. (Yes, we have cable tv!.. Rolls eyes..)
1-3. From the Abaca Group- Abaca in Mactan, Maya and A Cafe in the City
4. Ipar's- Undoubtedly the best Spanish restaurant in the city.
5. Gustavian- I can describe their menu as Cebuano-European fusion :) Sorry, no pics here was too hungry when the food arrive.
6. Tying for the last spot are Australian Canvas and Italian Giuseppe.
