Bambara came in highly recommended by a friend of a friend when we were out in our little Utah adventure. However, the first and second time we went there they were closed, so we had to curb our hunger at the adjacent bar with some chips with melted blue cheese (yum!) and mid-afternoon cocktails.

I would definitely go back to try the main dining room if ever I find myself in Salt Lake City again (and that's a big IF).
