On the Move @ Naked Lunch, San Francisco

I am starting my New Year post a weeks late! Ha! My apologies. After many backlog from recent trips, I now come back around to writing about San Francisco restaurants. First up is Naked Lunch located in North Beach, aka my hood. I am amazed by the fast turnover of its location on Broadway since Txoko used to occupy it and before that was Enrico's. So let's see if serving sandwiches in a huge area left by Txoko will make this establishment survive.

I tried their famous fried chicken sandwich for lunch. This sandwich really needs to be consumed on the spot right after it comes out of the kitchen piping hot. Otherwise, you lose the crunchiness by the time you get it out of the paper bag after a few minutes. For $9, I thought the price was a bit steep for a small bun. I do hope that they provide promotions/discounts via loyalty stamps/scoutmob/blackboardeats, etc. so I would come back, especially during those days that my fried chicken craving kicks in. The price is just way over my lunch budget :(
