On the Move @ Nick's Cove, Marshall, CA
Who wants some oysters? Me!!! What a better way to get some oysters than heading out to the best town known for oysters - Tomales Bay, Point Reyes. Since it was still too cold for oyster shucking on February, we decided to make the hour trip to the north of San Francisco, eat at Nick's Cove and visit the quaint town center.
I stuffed myself with fresh Drake Bay Oysters as appetizer and oyster po boy as entree at Nick's Cove. Both didn't disappoint me although I had a difficult time cutting my po boy since the french fries kept overflowing.
Family visitors abound at Nick's Cove. Kids can run outside the small pier and doodle on the map, which I found very helpful, of Point Reyes. Their Visitors can also take advantage of their cottages for a night away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
