This is the second time I have featured Cafe Laguna, a restaurant staple in my hometown Cebu City. Since I don't know how to cure my brain freeze here in San Francisco, I'd rather think of positive thoughts, such as the delicious native dishes and halo-halo, that I never fail to order when I am back home.
