People watching is definitely up on the list when I'm in glitzy Hollywood. Public Kitchen and Bar, which is housed in the historic Roosevelt Hotel, served brunch fare that left me NOT wanting for more. I was more mesmerized on the classic architecture of the hotel and the interesting-looking folks coming out of the valet parking to go to an exclusive party adjacent to the hotel. People watching at its finest.
