Bazaar is inspired from Eastern and Oriental markets
Bazaar's dining experience is an artful fusion, drawing inspiration from the bustling Eastern and Oriental markets. The restaurant's enticing array of vegetarian delights left me eager to indulge after my brief jaunt. A dazzling presentation of mezzes arrived on a three-tiered tray, offering garlic-infused olives, sweet potato hummus elevated by coriander, black sesame, olive oil, and tahini, as well as a delectable hummus adorned with crunchy chickpeas, eggplant and zataar.

Among the highlights, Bazaar's classic grilled eggplant featured a delightful twist with hints of sweetness from pomegranate fruit and syrup. The gobi, a bed of grilled cauliflower, unveiled an exciting surprise—a hidden egg yolk, skillfully balancing the briny, salty tapenade, all intermingling with textures from the crispy oregano and crunchy yet creamy walnuts paired with refreshing Swiss mixed beer and lemonade called Panache. For dessert, a subtly sweet baklava made of locally sourced honey complemented the  invigorating pistachio ice cream.
